Our Services

Standard Full Home

All of these inspections are full home inspections. Inspection can take 2-4 hours. Client and agent are more than welcome to attend and the inspector will be happy to go over everything in the end.

New Construction/Phase Inspections

The first inspection would be performed prior to the foundation concrete is poured. The second Inspection is after framing is completed, the plumbing has been “roughed” in and electric wiring has been run, but before the insulation has been installed and the walls have been covered.

Sewer Lines

Sewer camera inspections are a quick and easy way to determine the health of your plumbing systems and detect issues early before they become expensive repairs.

5-Point Inspections

A 5 Point Inspection is a modified home inspection that covers only the five major systems of the home. These systems include Plumbing, Electrical Panel, Heating and Air Conditioning, Structural (foundation and attic), and Roof.

Termite

The inspector will look at the interior and exterior areas of your home, checking for visible signs of a termite infestation, which include: droppings, broken wings, mud tubes, and damaged wood.

Mold (Air Quality) / Mold Swab

Air sampling tests the concentration of mold spores in your home’s air. Air tests can tell you if you have a mold problem even if you cannot find the mold growth.

Fire Place (pending inspector availably)

A level-one chimney inspection includes a visual check of the fireplace and chimney without any special equipment or climbing up on the roof.

Septic

A septic system inspection is a comprehensive evaluation of all the components of a septic system. The inspector will locate and assess the septic tank, distribution box, and absorption area.

Well Water

Well inspections provide a thorough evaluation of the entire well system. … A well inspector can check the condition of your system for mechanical defects, such as rusting tanks, faulty gauges, or leaking seals.
