Our Services

Standard Full Home

All of these inspections are full home inspections. Inspection can take 2-4 hours. Client and agent are more than welcome to attend and the inspector will be happy to go over everything in the end.

New Construction/Phase Inspections

The first inspection would be performed prior to the foundation concrete is poured. The second Inspection is after framing is completed, the plumbing has been “roughed” in and electric wiring has been run, but before the insulation has been installed and the walls have been covered.

Sewer Lines

Sewer camera inspections are a quick and easy way to determine the health of your plumbing systems and detect issues early before they become expensive repairs.

5-Point Inspections

A 5 Point Inspection is a modified home inspection that covers only the five major systems of the home. These systems include Plumbing, Electrical Panel, Heating and Air Conditioning, Structural (foundation and attic), and Roof.

Termite

The inspector will look at the interior and exterior areas of your home, checking for visible signs of a termite infestation, which include: droppings, broken wings, mud tubes, and damaged wood.

Commercial Inspection FAQs

Inspection times vary depending on property size and complexity, typically ranging from 2 to 6 hours or more.

While not legally required, they are highly recommended to identify structural, mechanical, and environmental issues before investment decisions.

A Phase 1 ESA evaluates a property for potential environmental contamination, historical use concerns, and regulatory risks. It often precedes a Phase 2 assessment if issues are identified.

Infrared drone inspections complement traditional inspections, providing visual and thermal data for hard-to-access areas. They do not replace hands-on structural evaluation.

Reports are typically delivered within 48 hours, often sooner for smaller properties, and include all findings, photos, and recommendations.
