Standard Full Home

All of these inspections are full home inspections. Inspection can take 2-4 hours. Client and agent are more than welcome to attend and the inspector will be happy to go over everything in the end.

New Construction/Phase Inspections

The first inspection would be performed prior to the foundation concrete is poured. The second Inspection is after framing is completed, the plumbing has been “roughed” in and electric wiring has been run, but before the insulation has been installed and the walls have been covered.
